Alchemy

Now, this program is nothing like Photoshop or Corel Painter or Sai, whatever. It is a very basic program, mainly for use in playing with shapes and making them -- mostly for sketching.
So basically, you can make a sketch in Alchemy, then take it into your usual art program, and go from there.
I have seen it used by =Mercuralis, to create this sketch here : [link]

I suggest looking through her gallery, there are so many gorgeous works there.

Anyway, I just downloaded this program and have been playing around with it a bit, to get the feel of all the tings you can do. I haven't even hooked up my Intuos yet, and find this program to be quite a bit of fun.

Go to the site, look around! Maybe you'll like this program too, and want to try it out. It is free, and still being added onto and such.

I'm currently a junior in highschool, and I love my friends, irl and on DA. Hi, everyone!

I'm a band geek, and damn proud of it. That's how it is in my school. Most of the kids are in band, and we are awesome. Anyway.

Currently I am not drawing a lot, due to a very strange art block. So look for more photography when it warms up and spring returns. Because then, I'll be out with the camera more often.
